**About the Role**

The Junior Backend Engineer supports the development and maintenance of backend software solutions under the guidance of mid and senior engineers. This role focuses on learning foundational programming skills, contributing to codebases, and developing technical expertise. The Junior Backend Developer assists in debugging, testing, and writing backend components while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient software operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn and support the team by contributing to the development and maintenance of backend software solutions under guidance.
- Assist in writing and testing simple backend components.
- Collaborate with mid and senior engineers to debug and fix issues.
- Perform code reviews for basic-level tasks, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Write basic technical documentation for assigned tasks to support team processes.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks and learning opportunities.
- Support the team by identifying and addressing basic technical issues.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in backend development
- Basic understanding of backend programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or C#.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
