**_ What you’ll be doing?_**
- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way
- You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador

**Requirements**:
**_ What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?_**
- A fluent level of **Finnish **with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of **English **(Both written and spoken)
- A high level of _Spanish_ would be a plus.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving

**Benefits**

**_ What do we offer?_**
- **Contract**:Permanent (1-month probation period)
- **Full-time**: 20 hours/week
- **Working days/Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10AM - 2PM or 11AM - 3PM
- **Salary**: 8993.33€ gross per month
- **Holidays**: 24 per calendar year
- **Hybrid model**: Working from the office 3 times a month, the rest work from home.
- **Training**: 3 weeks - Monday to Friday, (Hybrid, first day in the office)
- **Start date**: March/April
