Job Description**_
How can you contribute?_**

We are looking for a senior professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 services.

You will support users in an O365 hybrid implementation by testing and troubleshooting issues with O365 cloud technologies, such as OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint and Exchange Online.

You will also act as vendor technical support for Priority 1 incidents and requests.

We are looking for someone with a customer-oriented attitude, a quick learner who can think outside of the box.

You and the team will share the vision and passion “to create & develop Digital Workplaces with true Business value & adoption” by offering end-users integrated platforms where they find, get pushed and can act upon all the right information, data and documents, at the right time and in the right business context

Ideally you should be used to working in a fast-paced environment with a career track record of engineering, deploying, and maintaining business critical systems.
**Specific Assignment**
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 services, Security & Compliance, Users and Licensing
Identify, diagnose, and resolve connection, reliability, or performance issues
- Implement Governance plans based on business requirements
- Contact vendor technical support for Priority 1 incidents and requests
- Develop (PowerShell, Workflow, Graph API) scripts to automate repetitive administration tasks
- Participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation and implement solutions (upgrades, new releases, etc.), patching and deployment activities after hours as needed
- Validate system upgrades and patches when required
- Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively to business customers
- Deliver quality documentation allowing for smooth day-to-day operations
- Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all involved infrastructure resources
- Ensure that performance, scalability, and security is maintained and optimized
- Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery wherever possible
- Participate in disaster recovery plan and practice of recovery operations
- Consult with senior peers to learn through experience
- Partner with key vendors to maintain an understanding of new technology and leading practices

Qualifications**_

With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or similar, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in **designing**, migrating and delivering **Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure** and **Office 365 platforms**.

You have a **“can do” **attitude and you are able to work in an amorphous environment; embraces change; resilient for setbacks

Your technical skills include:

- Expert knowledge in Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Endpoint Manager)
- Strong PowerShell Scripting abilities, Graph API and EWS knowledge for automation of processes
- Experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions (capacity planning, installing, configuring, administering, and migrating)
- Knowledge of mobile device management solutions (preferably InTune)
- Experience in the development of technical and user documentation
- Experience with the Agile methodology and its concepts
- Experience with M365 Infrastructure as code (Microsoft365DSC)
- A good understanding of ITIL-based processes

Certifications:

- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is an asset;
- Agile or ITIL Foundation certifications are a plus.
