We might have an opportunity for you Our client is looking for a Sales Operations team member for our Spanish office in Madrid. The Order Support team member will be required to interact with the sales and other internal teams to process European purchase orders in the system, (SAP and others). Will be also resolving discrepancies, moving customer purchase orders through the ERP system to be delivered & invoiced. The role will drive excellent pre invoice customer service by responding to requests and queries in a timely and professional manner. The Main Tasks: Validate customer purchase orders & create internal sales Orders. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Finance to effectively push the Purchase Orders through the system.
