Inhouse Consultant BI&Analytics - Full Time - Madrid, Spain

**Join our IT Team** in Madrid as Inhouse Consultant BI & Analytics to help us to take the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to the next level.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Leading data and analytics projects with global reach and providing actionable insights to our business units.
- Develop, test, and implement solutions based on our Qlik Sense platform.
- Planning and delivering trainings for end users, especially in the context of Self-Service Analytics.
- Providing mentoring and leadership to other team members and serving as a role model.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience.
- Min. 4 years of working experience in a similar in-house consulting role in an international company.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Qlik Sense as well as knowhow in defining and/or managing large scale enterprise deployments.
- Familiarity with “Governed Self Service BI” concepts being able to advice on best practices and visualizations.
- Basic knowhow in SQL and ability of creating views and ad-hoc queries incorporating business logic.
- Experience in back-end solutions, especially Snowflake is an advantage
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills and used to work with Senior Management.
- Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelines in a matrix organization.
- Fluency in English is a must
