As a **Content Creator** in the realm of IoT, you'll navigate the intersection of technology and communication, sculpting compelling stories that demystify complex concepts, captivate audiences, and pave the way for the future of interconnected devices

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Content Creation and planning**:

- Craft content topics and pillars aimed at educating, entertaining, inspiring, and engaging the company's potential customers on RF, Virtual Antenna® Technology and our antenna integration design platform - Oxion.
- Work hand in hand with the Product Marketing Manager and the Marketing Director at developing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Ignion’s business goals across all content types: social posts, blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, interviews, technical documents, webinars, presentations, sales enablement collateral, and videos.
- Research and implement best SEO practices to enhance content visibility and searchability proficiency with research tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Perform regular content audits and analytics using HubSpot Content Hub to determine what content should be kept, edited, rewritten, or updated on all platforms, identifying content gaps to ensure we meet the buyer’s journey needs.

**Social Media Marketing and content for Lead-gen campaigns**
- Utilize graphic design and digital marketing skills to create visually appealing content, including infographics, social media graphics, Word Press landing pages, printable one pagers and presentation materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with Ignion’s brand voice and messaging.
- Maintain a content and social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
- Develop and manage content aimed at generating leads and achieving content marketing goals.
- Weekly schedule social media posts and report on results and engagement, monitor audience sentiment & trends.

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

**HARD SKILLS**:

- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management or marketing copywriting in the tech or IoT sector.
- Proficient with digital marketing and content creation tools like Canva, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and more.
- Exceptional English copywriting and editing skills with a good portfolio of published content is a must.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing trends, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with HubSpot is a plus.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable with a strong attention to detail.

**SOFT SKILLS**:

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and create compelling content.
- Very proactive personality, always willing to do more than requested, learn and grow. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Passionate about technology and staying updated with industry trends. Deep interest in engineering-related topics.
