**What you will do**
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production efficiencies and improvements follow up.
- Analysis of OPE values from extrusion and packaging areas to identify inefficiencies and their causes.
- Method & Installation design improvement.
- Training needs identification.
- Improvement processes supervision & assessment of results.
- Identify improvements in production process.
- Work together with industrial and management team.
- Lead Lean groups of continuous improvement.
- Be involved in cultural change to empower teams.
- Identify production losses causes and how to reduce them.

**What we are looking for**
- University degree in Engineering (Industrial Organization preferred).
- From 2 to 3 years’ experience in continuous improvement on manufacturing.
- Lean Knowledge.
- Fluent English.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Analytical mindset.
- Initiative and proactivity.
- Teamwork.
- Relational and communication skills.
- Learning capacity.
