We're seeking an **experienced Solution Manager** to support our Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure business line operations in Iberia.

The **Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure's Solution Manager** is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative solutions for IT infrastructure services that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies and infrastructure management and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position reports to the Head of the Growth and Pre-Sales department at the Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure business line in Spain.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure (On-prem, Cloud and Hybrid) and system solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and present proposals to potential clients.
- In collaboration with the commercial and technical teams, build solutions end to end.
- Manage the solution design following the winning strategy agreed upon, create the Solution Storyboard, document and review assumptions and risk log, including suitable risk mitigation.
- Consolidate cost model in pricing tools and work closely with the financial architect to create the mapping between cost and price unit.
- Understand and follow the bidding and delivery approval processes during the Bid phase.
- Present the solution designed compellingly and concisely at Senior levels, seeking the required approvals.
- Explain and defend the solution to customers. Create customer-facing documents, presentations, and proposals.
- Successfully execute a controlled bid closure and participate in the handover to the delivery team.
- Ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing infrastructure-managed services and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

**_ Preferred Skills:_**
- Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud and IT Infrastructures technology (DBs, Web Services, SSL certificates, virtualization, LAN, WAN/SDWAN, Network access and security).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Docker, Git, or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration technologies like Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of network architecture and security best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
