**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

AIM is looking for a Club Director to manage a team of Club managers who in term manage the relations between the AIM operational teams deploying LED solutions and our French football & Rugby club's commercial departments.

**THE SERVICE AIM OFFER TO CLUBS**:

- AIM Manufactures & Sells Digital Perimeter Signage (LED) to Football Clubs.
- AIM technicians install & operate the Digital Perimeter Signage (LED) on behalf of Football & Rugby Clubs
- AIM Club Managers ensure that the right adverts appear at the right time in the right place using playout software

**YOUR ROLE IN THIS SERVICE**

Reporting to the Managing Director of Clubs you will be responsible for:
Clients
- Oversee the relationships with the clubs to be their Senior commercial point of contact
- Coordinate the involvement of other departments related to the club's servicing (Studio, Logistics, Operations, Technical..)
- Proactive attitude in accompanying the clubs in growing their business and bringing success to their partners
- Generate additional business with existing
- Collaborate with the MD of Clubs to execute the Company´s strategy

Business Development
- Following the Company’s vision, develop new business with new football clubs/leagues in the French, Spanish and Portuguese markets
- Approach leads and work on the Sales process including the development of commercial tools

Team Management:

- Lead a team of Club Managers steering them to accomplish the best performance in their work alongside the Company's strategic, operational and client service approach
- Manage the workflow, task distribution and time management among the Club Managers
- Nurture the team towards a business development attitude and support them in analysing the market and identifying potential opportunities the (sales) skills of the account managers

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience of 8 years + in professional (club/league) football in an Operational, commercial or partnership-related position

**LANGUAGES**
- C2 Level English
- C2 Level Spanish
- French and Portuguese desirable

**PERSONALITY**:

- Hands-on mentality with practical skills.
- High-quality standards, reliability and punctuality.
- Availability to travel around Europe

**LOCATION**
- You will be based out of the Madrid Office
