VHIR offers vacancy for a Clinical Researcher within the Diabetes and Metabolism Research Group.

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Medical Doctor
- Endocrinologist
- Associate or Full Professor

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required**:

- Experience in diabetes research
- Participation as PI or Work Package Leader in EU projects
- Provided experience in Knowledge Transfer (patents and spin-off creation will be particularly appreciated)

**Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Scientific and financial management of the main lines research within the group.
- Mentoring and training of the clinical research personnel integrated into the group.
- Promotion and leadership of projects generated within the group.
- Review of the group’s projects and papers.

**Labour conditions**:

- Part-time position: 12h/week
- Starting date: Immediate
- Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
