**What do we do?** We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.

**Where are we?** We are based in Madrid, although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the UK and France.
Our vision is to move the world's road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers' life.
**Your Mission at Trucksters**
Customer Success works closely with the operations team and the KAM to guarantee a high quality of service and client satisfaction. They are in charge of solving any incidents that may come up during the shipments, timely reporting to the client. They are responsible for specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
**Specific responsibilities for this role include**:
- Work alongside the planning team to manage client forecast.
- Handle the daily operations, booking the loading and unloading slots for the planned shipments.
- Provide clients with all the details and visibility of the planned shipments.
- Solve issues and incidents that may come.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish. A 3rd language would also be highly desirable (e.g. French / German / Polish / Bulgarian).
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
