PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.

Alongside the People Team, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for building and executing sourcing strategies to identify, attract and recruit talents for our offices in Europe and some markets in Latam as well.

**Job duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage full recruitment cycle for positions in Europe & Latam.
- Management of the onboarding process.
- Administration of the HRIS: uploading and updating employee data, generation or reports and keeping all the digital documentation organized.
- Support the HR-Team in various tasks during daily business.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- +5 years of experience recruiting sales, marketing, operations and finance profiles (previous experience in fintech would be a plus).
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail oriented and teamwork skills.
- BSc/BA in labor relations, human resources or similar.
- Fluent in Spanish and English advanced.
