**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Third-Party Management Specialist** to ensure the effective management of third-party risk and outsourcing services in alignment with corporate frameworks and UK regulatory expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Risk Assessment**
- Support the business in completing engagement requests (ERs).
- Provide review, challenge, and approval for engagement requests and purchase requests.

**Assurance**
- Execute quarterly control sample testing and assurance activities to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and track remediation activities.
- Manage the change management log and execution of actions.

**Governance Reporting**
- Coordinate monthly reporting of Heracles Metrics, RAS metrics, and Watchlist items.
- Maintain TPRM inventories to meet corporate, SCIB, and UK regulatory requirements.
- Prepare materials for governance meetings and track associated actions.

**Administration**
- Manage the TPRM shared drive and SharePoint site.
- Oversee periodic updates to policies, standards, and guidance documents.
- Respond to stakeholder queries via the TPRM shared inbox.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in third-party risk management or vendor management roles.
- Strong **analytical and organizational skills**.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of **third-party risk and control concepts**.
