**Karriere in der Hotellerie - es gibt viel zu tun**:
Deine Aufgaben als Deputy General Manager (m/w/d) sind bei ROBINSON vielfältig: Du sorgst dafür, dass das ROBINSON Gefühl im Club lebendig bleibt und die Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden. Dabei nutzt du kreative Freiräume, um den Urlaub für unsere Gäste immer wieder einmalig zu gestalten. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Hoteldirektor und den Abteilungsleitern im Club zusammen und übernimmst Aufgaben im lokalen und direkten Vertrieb. Ebenso gehört die Budgetplanung mit in deinen Bereich. Du betreust internationale Mitarbeiter-Teams und bist mitverantwortlich für ihre Einstellung, Einarbeitung und Motivation. Und natürlich bist du als Deputy General Manager (m/w/d) ganz besonders für unsere Gäste präsent, ob mit einem netten Gespräch beim gemeinsamen Essen, abends auf der Bühne oder bei einer der vielen anderen Gelegenheiten im Club.

**Für deinen neuen Job als Deputy General Manager (m/w/d) solltest du dein Ich und Folgendes mitbringen**:

- möglichst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Hotellerie
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre und idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach
- Berufliche Auslandserfahrung sowie die Bereitschaft, weltweit für uns im Einsatz zu sein
- Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Englisch und idealerweise einer weiteren Sprache
- Eine große Portion Menschenkenntnis sowie analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
