- About the Unit:

- In **Deimos**, a company within Indra Group, we are shaping the future of space technology through pioneering missions in Earth observation, satellite communications, and scientific exploration. We specialize in advanced avionics systems, guidance, navigation and control (AOCS/GNC), and integration and testing for complex aerospace projects.

**What will you do?**
- Lead avionics validation or design activities, or AOCS/GNC or AIT team, depending on experience.
- Plan and execute V&V campaigns for Earth Observation satellites and/or launchers.
- Coordinate integration and testing activities under ECSS standards.
- Supervise MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL test campaigns and ensure compliance with PUS and FDIR concepts.
- Manage EGSE and test environments during C/D satellite project phases.
- Oversee integration of embedded software and real-time systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports for partners and agencies.

**What are we looking for?**10+ years of experience in avionics validation/design, AOCS/GNC, or AIT leadership within the aerospace sector.
Solid technical background in ESA or European programs.
Practical experience in functional avionics validation and integration.
Strong programming skills in **C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, and Python**.
Expertise in real-time systems, embedded code, and integration with Simulink Real Time (Speedgoat platform).
Knowledge of digital interfaces: UDP/TCP, UART/RS232/RS422/RS485, CANbus/CANopen, LVDS, I2C, SPI, MIL1553 & SpaceWire.
Familiarity with electronics design, PCB layout, and harness manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
