**Project description**:
The client is a leading financial institution with a strong presence in the Corporate and Investment Banking sector. They are committed to innovation, excellence, and delivering high-quality financial services to their clients. The organization values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. the role requieres 3/5 days from the office.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Skills**:
Must have

Previous Experience in Project Management

6+ years of Technical Murex Knowledge (important to challenge stakeholders)

Previous Murex Configuration experience

Capital Markets knowledge

STEM degree

Finance background

Fluent in Spanish

Nice to have

PM certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc)
