TechStyleOS is currently looking for a Paid Social Senior Manager.
TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.
You will support all 4 of our brands: Fabletics, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.
With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for a Paid Social Senior Manager for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Barcelona office.
How Do You Fit In?
TechStyleOS is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager, Paid Social to join our team in Barcelona. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our paid media strategies across various channels, including TV and digital media alongside our leadership team. You will work closely with other departments to optimize budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall marketing strategy to drive business objectives.
This position reports to the Director of Paid Social.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Budget Allocation and Program Recommendation:
- Assess and recommend budget allocation among media channels, such as Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.- Develop comprehensive media plans that align with business goals (prospecting, re-targeting)
2) Channel Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Establish goals and objectives for each Paid Social media channel.- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular updates on the effectiveness of campaigns.- Opportunities for improvement and optimization strategies.
3) Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including brand, product, and CRM, to align strategies, budgets, and KPIs.- Ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across all channels.
4) Innovation and Emerging Media Tactics:
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in media advertising.- Seek out and experiment with new media tactics and strategies that can benefit our brands.
5) Team- Support efforts of a team of media buyers and planners, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.- Oversee the development and execution of media plans.
6) Analytical Skills and Reporting:
- Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze and report on multiple data sources.- Strategic optimization recommendations based on campaign results.- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, effectively communicating results and advocating for digital marketing initiatives.
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in media management, preferably within the retail industry. Agency experience ideal.- Proven record of accomplishment of working with multi-million-dollar budgets.- Strong digital background with expertise in programmatic advertising, re-marketing, networks, and direct sites.- In-depth industry knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies to drive campaign performance.- Proficient in media fundamentals and capable of educating stakeholders at all levels.- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Data-driven mindset with a hunger to leverage data for defining strategies, identifying opportunities, and maximizing media efficiency.- Experience working across multiple territories.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.- C1 English-language skills; additional languages a plus.
