**Job Description**:
We are looking for curious minded, experienced and knowledgeable Azure Architect with a focus on the Data offerings and the Azure Data Platform (Databases, Analytics, ML)

As a Data Architect you must be able to shape, design, implement and manage our digital transformation where cloud technology is a key enabler in everything related to Data and Analytics.

The selected person will be in charge of creating and maintaining the Architecture & Technology (A&T) roadmap, strategy and architecture to ingest, store, prepare and publish data while ensuring automation, scalability and security.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing data architecture principles, governance, reference architectures, frameworks, enterprise data models and promote its adoption across the organization through different communication channels as well as participating in A&T Advisory capacity, assessments, architecture reviews and architecture design activities.

You will be a senior member of the Architecture & Technology group (A&T) in Madrid, reporting to the Head of Software Architecture.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:

- + 5 years of professional hands-on end-to-end experience delivering cloud and hybrid (on-premises + cloud) data and analytics, data warehouse and business intelligence solutions building on Azure Data & Analytics offerings.
- Deep knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL. Database, and Azure Analysis Services and Power BI and experience in ETL, data lakes, data marts and visualization.
- Experience in relational and non-relational data modeling and dimensional modeling;
- CI/CD through Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
- Ability to write clear an well structured technical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communicator, proactive, result driven and self-motivator;
- Ability to work and take the lead in multicultural, remote teams both internal and external.
- Any programming experience is valuable.
