**Key responsibilities**:

- Administration area tasks.
- Follow-up all of the judicial process. Contact the lawyer and find out how the judicial process is going.
- Support in drafting the lease/rental contract.
- Help in the sales Allianz's offices. Recompile the data of the contract deed, change of ownership of the sale.
- Consult financial solvents to avoid money laundering.
- Real estate tax management IBI and analyze catastar declarations.

**Key requirements**:

- Studying last year of Law, ADE (must be experience in real estate agency),
- Versatility, teamwork skills and good communication skills.
- Advance knowledge of Office Pack, especially Word.
- Written and oral fluency in English.Portuguese will be valorated.
- Possibility of signing a 6-month internship agreement.

**What we offer**:

- 6 Months internship in a part-time schedule Monday to Friday 9.00-14.00. Some flexibility is possible
- Paid internship: 600€ gross per month.
