Siemens Mobility launches the Commercial Project Management (CPM) NextGen Academy
- A new opportunity to jump-start your career as a Commercial Project Manager in a leading company in the railway industry with the chance of managing local and international projects.

The Commercial Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for the completion of all commercial and financial related matters of the customer projects. The CPM is supporting the Project Manager and Bid Manager in all other areas with the objective of preparing the bid and executing the project according to the defined Project Management standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines. A professional collaboration between the CPM and the Project Manager and Bid Manager is key for the overall project success.
- The Program:

- Siemens Mobility CPM NextGen Academy in Madrid was founded to develop the “Commercial Project Managers of the Future” through a two-year program.
- During this time, you will have an contract with Siemens Mobility Spain so it is mandatory to stablish your residence in Madrid (during the program)
- You also will have the opportunity to actively work as a Commercial Project Manager with rotations in key areas of the company: Sales and Bid, Controlling & Accounting, Project Execution as well as our Digitalization department.
- To accelerate your career, you will be trained with a Master in Project Management taught by OBS Business School and recognized by the University of Barcelona.

The Master's degree will take place in an online format with a total dedication of approximately 15 hours per week for 1 year out of the 2 years program.

Focus on Leadership & Project Management and emphasizing on agile methods.

- Languages: English and Spanish C1
- Previous finance experience would be appreciated.
- Digital mindset and knowledge of financial data management tools.
