**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the Spanish-speaking market to introduce and promote our forex and trading services, generating new sales leads.
- Educate prospective clients about our forex trading services, platform features, and market trends.
- Identify client needs and objectives, and recommend tailored trading solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic events, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Guide clients through the account opening process, assisting with documentation and account setup as needed.

- ** Must have a reliable PC and high-speed internet connection.**:

- Native Spanish speaker with a B2-level proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- ** Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the forex industry.**:

- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building relationships and fostering client trust.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
