**Your profile**:

- Fluent in **Italian**. Plus, great **English **communication.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management it's a plus.
- At least one-two years experience in Administration.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, Autobank, Smarteye is a plus.
- You’re detail-oriented and can take initiative
- Positive and resolutive.
- Experience with the automation of credit to cash processes.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Help solve any issues or questions that a customer might have.
- Work closely with the Credit to Cash Manager.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Make sure that proper financial measures are taken for collections.
- Manage a portfolio of customers.
- Provide support in accounting closings.
- Process incoming payments either manually or by improving the Autobank regulations.
