Automation Tester

ADP is hiring an** Automation Tester.** In this role, you will ensure ADP's leading-edge next-generation platforms in Europe meet the highest expected quality levels. You will advise and build test automation for ADP's cloud-based payroll, tax, HR and benefits solutions to help our customers save time, stay compliant and manage costs. No two days are the same. You will work alongside a team of exceptionally passionate and creative developers to build, analyse and validate scrum development work to ensure E2E test frameworks capture issues before code releases to our business clients that employ anywhere from one to one million employees. However, challenges should inspire you to create something better, not weigh you down. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**: Credentials such as a degree are great, but equally important are transferrable work that has given you the skills to do the job outlined below. **Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a NextGen Automation Tester at ADP.** - Write and advise on high quality/efficient and maintainable automation scripts. Automate functional and non-functional requirements across the code, UI, services and DB scripts. - We'll start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, identify issues and communicate coding priorities. Our testers do more than build test and quality programs - they clearly communicate the intricacies and problems at hand. - **Variety of work. **There is no typical day. You could be working on anything from supporting migrations to validating new features, product enhancements, or creating new test services. - We're always learning new approaches and operating with a "figure it out" mentality. - We're working on products with tech that has never been used before.
