CloudPay is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This role will be providing support for a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and business partnering with our employees across the EMEA locations.

**Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include**:

- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Acting as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Manages and resolves complex employee issues.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the global HR team to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Performs other related duties as assigned and supports future projects.

**Attributes and Experience Required**:

- French native speaker with strong knowledge of French employment laws and regulations.
- Deep knowledge and HR experience, including solid experience in a business partnering or similar role.
- Proven experience in building relationships and influencing key stakeholders and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional-level English speaker.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in managing HR projects from initiation to completion.
- Qualifications or university studies in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any international experience would be an advantage
