**Consumer Care Southern Europe Assistant - TEMPORARY**

**Job purpose**
- Support of all brands and all categories marketed in the Southern European business cluster due to responsibilities of the Consumer Care Centre defined in applicable Company procedures.
- Ensuring the consumers’ satisfaction and loyalty to J&J by providing adequate answers and superior Consumer Care Services.
- Ensure that the vendor has appropriate and approved standard responses in place including periodic review.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**
- Owns precise brand related knowledge and consistent knowledge of processes.
- Is trained on and applies to all essential regional and local procedures to ensure compliance.
- Complies with different regulatory requirements, e.g. pharmacovigilance, materiovigilance, cosmetovigilance, dependent of the status of the product concerned.
- Demonstrates country and cluster related knowledge e.g. in terms of specific regulatory requirements, product portfolio, consumer behaviour or particular local processes.
- Can capture contacts into the GCC platform (Global Consumer Care platform data accuracy and consistency are mandatory) by acting as a back-up for the external vendor.
- Creates and reviews standard responses in collaboration with other departments like Medical, R&D, Reg. Affairs, Communications, etcto ensure best and up-to-date communication to consumers.
- Provides support in terms of preparation and realization of promotional activities.

**Qualifications**
- University degree.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant experience related to the job is required.

**Essential knowledge and skills**:

- Spanish native, fluent English.
- Strong consumer understanding and service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to adapt to fast moving business.
- Strong understanding of Quality & Compliance.

**Core Competencies**
- MS Office intermediate level is required.
