**About the opportunity**:
We’re currently looking for a QA Manager for an opportunity
with a direct contractual link with an US based company in the automotive
sector.

Our client has more than 700 persons in their development
teams all around the world, split between their teams in Mexico, USA, Spain,
Asia, etc.

Currently we’re recruiting a QA Manager to join their
development hub in Spain (Seville or Madrid).

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience as a QA manager in an Agile Environment.
- Experience in leading the architecture, design,

development and operations of testing frameworks, processes, methodologies for diverse environments, solutions, and products.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, concepts, verification/ validation techniques, and test management.
- Experience in establishing a healthy relationship between teams, organizations, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience with Selenium and TestNG.
- Experience in API and Load Testing tools.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in Test driven Development.
- Experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- English Fluency.
- Live in Spain or availability of relocation to Spain (Madrid or Seville).

**What you will do**:

- Act as a QA Manager and work together with the leads of other disciplines.
- Mitigate risk and escalate to technology

leadership as appropriate.
- Develop and increase team performance and collaboration across organization.
- Work collaboratively with development and the QA team to identify test cases and suites best suited for automation
- Provide time estimates, technical recommendations, and proposed test solutions based on technical and business requirements
- Oversee and direct the development of new test

**Seniority expected**: 2-8 years of experience as a QA Manager
