**Job Description**:
Position Purpose

Major / Key Accountabilities
- Effectively lead the OT cyber security patching program and capable of negotiating effective outcomes to protect MV/ML aspect of the OT cyber security environment.
- Manages collaboration and relationships with several IT departments, like Plant Infrastructure and Security, with the goal of achieving seamless execution of BAU patching program.
- Provide regular feedback and communication of the status of BAU patching program to Global Process Engineering and IT Management.
- Can deliver the necessary results with little supervision and oversight.

**Qualifications**:

- Essential_
- Computer Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Desirable_
- PMP Certification or equivalent

Experience
- Essential_
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of software developers or testers.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience in a Matrix Organization, managing coordination with different multidisciplinary teams in a joint effort to carry out projects.
- Experience in conducting leadership level communication and presentations.
- Desirable_
- 2-3 years of experience in development of big and complex software packages.
- Experience in Software Testing for big and complex software packages.
- Experience in development of tools to automate tasks and processes.

Skills and Knowledge
