Listing Agent

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, socially competent, and good at networking. You should be passionate about sales and are driven by creating long-term relationships. As a property finder, you will have many different and challenging tasks. Above all, in your role, you must find new home owners that want to sell their property as well as maintaining contact with current sellers. You will have the opportunity to be creative and try new ways of working. Examples of how to find new properties could be knocking on doors, following up on property listings, properties with “for sale signs” or on platforms like Idealista and Fotocasa. Networking with locals will benefit you in your work, in your role as a listing agent.

From the first visit the image of Fastighetsbyrån and our services are incredibly important. You will have a good knowledge of prices in different areas.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that Fastighetsbyrån is the obvious choice for those who are going to sell their home.

Language requirements:
Fluent in English, Swedish and Spanish, both written and verbal is essential.
