**What will you do in Signaturit?***
Working in an international and multicultural environment, your main role as Product Owner Team Lead includes:
- Product Roadmap: Ideate, develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns
- Compliance and Security: Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., eIDAS, GDPR, PKI), and implement robust security measures to protect users' digital identities and sensitive information.
- Product Management: Lead the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to electronic signatures and digital certificates.
- Customer Centricity: Engage with end users, customer success, support, sales to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Define clear product requirements: Define product requirements, creating detailed epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, to be passed on to UX and engineering.
- Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize backlog based on customer feedback, business goals and resources available.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering marketing, finance, sales, customer support, design, and other teams to support product launches, solve customer issues, and drive adoption and growth.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive product documentation, such as user’s manual, internal Wikis, API guides, and other related training materials, ensuring they are well-written and accessible to enable internal users and customers to effectively utilize electronic signature and digital certificate solutions.
- Functional Testing: Ensuring the quality of the development through testing at the functional level.
**What skills will make you perfect?
**You will rock if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on electronic signatures, digital certificates, or related technologies. Ideally in B2B Legaltech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic concepts, digital signature algorithms, and public key infrastructure (PKI).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electronic signatures and digital certificates (e.g., eIDAS, ESIGN).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Solid understanding of API integration and management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a plus.
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is valuable
