About the Data & Analytics Department of Globant Create: In the Data & Analytics Department, our main focus is to transform data into value through data integration, visualization, and modeling. Our differential approach lies in integrating with other areas such as UX, CRO, and use cases to achieve the best results.

Right now, we are looking for a **Data & Analytics Trainee **to join our team

**You will get the chance to**:

- Connecting and configuring Google Analytics with Looker Studio to visualize data in various forms.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide relevant information and analysis. Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the field of data analysis and digital marketing.
- You will build lasting relationships with our clients to help them identify improvement opportunities that contribute to their business.
- Last but not least, you will work closely with all the specialists at Globant Create... You will never stop learning and gaining cross-functional knowledge about Digital Sales

**What will help you succeed**:

- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and technology.
- Ability or interest in working with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Ability or interest in visualizing and communicating information clearly and concisely.
- Being proactive, curious, and having an analytical mindset. Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Desire to build a career based on knowledge of data, from collection to decision-making.
