**Mission**

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Quality Manager to join our Corporate Quality team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing international quality projects, stablishing a Corporate Quality framework and monitoring global quality indicators, while ensuring the implementation of the required quality standards in the organization.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Issue and review Corporate Quality Manual and Policies and ensure its implementation in all the Business Units
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement of Grifols Quality systems
- Coordinate the implementation of electronic quality management system
- Coordinate global quality projects and initiatives
- Perform oversight of Quality systems and escalate risks detected to senior management
- Evaluate new applicable regulations and ensure its timely implementation

- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience managing quality systems is required
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Planning and project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to facilitate change

**Flexible schedule**: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
