Quintas Energy is an international firm specialising in the technical, financial, legal, and strategic management of renewable energy assets. We currently manage over 10 GW across 8 global markets, supporting institutional investors in the transition to a low-carbon economy.

We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our Legal team within the Asset Management department, providing support to the UK portfolio from our Seville office.
- Support compliance of the company and its clients with legal obligations, including those related to permits, licences, financing agreements and health & safety.
- Assist in the drafting and review of contracts, including O&M agreements, grid connection contracts, leases, PPAs, supply contracts and ancillary documentation.
- Provide legal assistance to the technical and finance teams.
- Monitor national, EU and international legislative developments, particularly in relation to corporate and contractual matters.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in legal data and documentation delivered to clients, in line with Quintas Energy’s quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records using internal IT tools and asset management systems.
- Support the Portfolio Manager in all relevant legal and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure strong coordination and results.

**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in legal practice. Experience in company and business law is an asset.
- Previous experience in the energy sector will be valued.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (C1 minimum); other languages are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative.
- Problem-solving attitude and ethical conduct.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to operate in a client-facing environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work context.
