Amrest is looking for a Planning & Business Analysis Manager who will be in charge of:

- Prepare, analyze and provide monthly management reports to senior managers and key stakeholders. Provide commentaries on company's current financial position
- Oversee allocation of resources and productivity of invested capital; actively supports an investment appraisal process across (Own brands CapEx models revisions and CapEx cost tracking). Deliver budgets for new projects and initiatives and evaluates their impact on company´s financial position.
- Recommend to Country Managers and operations team the way of measurement of strategic goals.Ensures all-level profitability analyses; Identifies underperforming units (restaurant level) and initiates actions to improve their profitability.
- Manage Planning & Analysis Team. Provides Financial training.
- Establishes cost accounting, planning and reporting procedures across respective markets and subsidiaries (standarization and streamlining of management reporting).
- Contribute to ongoing development of management information systems that support analysis and decision-making processes; defines scope of management information needs.
- Integrate internal and external information and provides it to senior managers in a meaningful manner, facilitating business decisions. Organizes regular business intelligence coverage of key competitors in respective markets.
- Provide long-term financial and economic models facilitating evaluation of business opportunities.
- Provide payroll costs distribution for Western Europe across functions, brands, companies and ensures G&A budget and forecast are aligned with business needs.
- College/ BA - Economics, Finance, Management, MBA.
- 5 years of experience as Planning & Business Analysis.
- Knowledge of management/financial reporting systems and reporting processes.
- High level of English, written and spoken.
