- We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Energy Market Analysis Manager to join the Power Marketing department of Sonnedix. Within the Energy Management team, the Energy Market Analysis Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities spanning global energy market analysis, provision of analytical insights to the business, regulatory analysis and revenue structuring/modelling of complex portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide global energy market expertise and analysis to the company with high visibility to all levels in Sonnedix.
- Maintain market consultant relationships as well as evaluating on a regular basis the underlying assumptions in their price forecasts.
- Develop revenue modelling capabilities for our assets (including storage and hybrid portfolios) and analyse the performance of the asset hedging portfolio.
- Data management of all Power Marketing team price curves and external consultant assumptions.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in Energy Market Analysis positions, ideally specialized in Renewables.
- Detailed knowledge of global power markets and the key drivers.
- Modelling and programming capabilities with strong focus on storage (Python programming language would be ideal)
- Data-driven, highly analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments.
- Solid organizational skills and a focus on detail.
- Proven written and spoken english.
