Quality Control Technician

We are looking for a:
**Quality Controller**:
**What you will do**

The purpose of the Quality Control position at Johnson Controls Hitachi is to assist and uphold quality control procedures in warehouse operations. This includes inspecting and grading products, managing quality hold items, maintaining equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and supporting warehouse and logistics-related requests. The goal is to uphold high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

**How you will do it**
- Support and maintain Quality Control processes in the warehouse operations
- Perform timely Quality inspection on all reject/return products
- Grade products through testing and initiate rework by suppliers or return to suppliers with supporting documents
- Ensure that Quality Hold products are not delivered to Customers
- Ensure that Quality Center equipment is operational and working in good order
- Perform scheduled maintenance & housekeeping tasks
- Support in other request for Warehouse and Logistics related matters (GEMBA walk, Quality checklist, Safety checklist, Vehicle checklist)
- Support the scrapping process

**What we are looking for**
- University degree in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
- Min 1-3 years of relevant working experience implementing Quality Control works in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
- Experience with ERP such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization
- High level of English
- Good communication skills and meticulous with details.
