As we mindfully embrace AI technology to enhance (not replace) human creativity, we're seeking a visionary **AI Filmmaker** to join our freelance network. You'll use cutting-edge generative AI tools to amplify our storytelling capabilities while maintaining the human heart that makes our work unforgettable.

**The role**:
We're seeking a creative visionary who can bridge the worlds of traditional filmmaking and generative AI. You'll be our go-to expert for leveraging AI tools to enhance our storytelling capabilities while ensuring every piece of content maintains the human heart that makes our work distinctive.

This isn't about replacing human creativity with algorithms - it's about amplifying our creative potential and exploring new frontiers of what's possible in visual storytelling.

**Core responsibilities**:
**Creative Development & Strategy**
- Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize AI-enhanced storytelling approaches
- Develop treatments and creative concepts that strategically integrate AI tools
- Lead brainstorming sessions on innovative ways to use AI in client projects
- Research and test emerging AI content creation tools and techniques

**Production & Execution**
- Execute AI-enhanced video projects from concept to completion
- Create compelling visual content using generative AI tools (video, motion graphics, visual effects)
- Develop AI-generated elements that enhance traditional filmed content
- Manage AI tool workflows and optimize for quality and efficiency

**Leadership & Autonomy**
- Lead smaller AI-focused initiatives independently
- Provide technical guidance to team members on AI tool integration
- Establish best practices for AI content creation within our workflow
- Present AI possibilities and recommendations to clients when appropriate

**Quality & Innovation**
- Ensure all AI-generated content maintains Camping's quality standards
- Balance technical innovation with authentic storytelling
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and techniques
- Maintain awareness of AI ethics and responsible creation practices

**What We're Looking For**:
**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Proven experience in filmmaking, video production, or creative direction
- Expert proficiency with current AI content creation tools (RunwayML, Pika Labs, Stable Video Diffusion, AI audio tools, etc.)
- Strong understanding of video production workflows and post-production processes
- Portfolio demonstrating creative use of AI tools in storytelling contexts
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with remote teams

**The Perfect Fit Will Also Have**:

- Experience creating content for B2B or tech clients
- Background in motion graphics, visual effects, or animation
- Familiarity with traditional production equipment and techniques
- Understanding of brand storytelling principles
- Experience with project management and client collaboration

**Working model**:
This is a **freelance position** with flexible project-based engagement. Depending on project needs and mutual fit, there may be opportunities for ongoing collaboration and increased involvement.

**Collaboration Style**:

- Primarily remote work with occasional video calls for collaboration. Possibility to meet at our offices in Barcelona if based in the city.
- Flexible scheduling around project deadlines and client needs
- Integration with our core team's workflow and communication tools

**Project Types**:

- Full-funnel campaign video content creation and enhancement
- Concept development and prototyping

We believe in transparent, fair compensation that reflects the specialized nature of this role. Rates will be discussed based on experience, project scope, and ongoing collaboration potential.
