**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Analyst to be part of Nestlé’s Tax Center of Competence, a highly dynamic team passionate by the development of world class functions and business services, located in Barcelona, Spain.

With shareable, knowledge-based, judgmental activities this role will be located in the Centers of Competence (CoC) to leverage economies of scale facilitate standardization and automation. The Transfer Pricing Analyst´s mission will be to perform aspects of local Transfer Pricing compliance, support Nestlé’s businesses with the operational transfer pricing aspects of their international related party transactions, review and ensure Transfer Pricing requirements and filings for Nestlé’s markets, in cooperation with the Group Tax and Transfer Pricing Department. The role encompasses providing excellent customer service through timely and accurate execution and compliance with government regulations and/or company policies, whilst acting in accordance with Nestlé’s guiding principles and core values.

**A day in the life of...**:
Reporting to the Transfer Pricing Supervisor of the Tax Center of Competence, the Transfer Pricing Analyst's responsibilities include:

- Prepare the appropriate transfer pricing documentation and related transfer pricing analyses in line with Nestlé's Group Transfer Pricing documentation standards prepared and defined by the Group Transfer Pricing Department and as required under the tax laws of the various jurisdictions in which the Nestlé Group operates.
- Assist in the preparation of the Group’s Master File and drive the implementation of local Country Files; manage and coordinate documentation workstreams in Nestlé’s Transfer Pricing documentation technology solution and follow-up Q&A with Nestlé Markets in coordination with the Local Market Tax and Group Transfer Pricing Department.
- Calculate certain intercompany transactions (e.g. Overhead Recharges, Licenses, Intercompany Services, Loans and Financial Expenses, etc.) and ensure these are accurately reflected in accounting systems and appropriately documented.
- Checking regularly substance documentation for SLAs and follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.
- Keep track of Transfer Pricing compliance status; prepare dashboards for status and issues tracking.

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor / Master degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law.
- Between 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, including experience in transfer pricing and/or international corporate tax gained either within industry or consulting firm.
- Experience with global Transfer Pricing documentation projects and knowledge of OECD and local Transfer Pricing documentation requirements and standards.
- Strong understanding of current developments in the Transfer Pricing world including latest BEPS initiatives and consequences thereof.
- Experience in Centers of Competence / Shared Service Center operations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French is an asset.
- Solid knowledge of standard software (Windows/Office, particularly Excel). Knowledge of SAP ERP system and experience with TP benchmarking databases is an asset.
