**Job Description Summary**:
- ** Partner with Services Manager** to meet the deliverables
- ** Optimization of the working time of the employees** through proactive planning and consolidation of operations on the systems
- Evaluation of work assignments to identify recurring problems and proactively demonstrate and improve the processes and the creation of technical solutions
- Cooperation with the Services Manager to optimize the utilization of the employees according to their level of knowledge and ensure the reduction of the processing time.
- Coordination and tracking of third-party operations
- Approval of the individual work assignments for billing or payment.
- Control of the completeness of the documentation to be delivered in the specified time frame.
- Dialogue with internal interfaces/ departments
- Responsible to plan Top Issues programs execution of his/her site/cluster
- Timely collection and completion of the emergency duty roster.
- Jointly responsible for the implementation and coordination of the materials management
- Movements and processes in consultation with the Warehouse Coordinator.
- Compliance with statutory and GE internal EHS requirements.
Responsible for the positive development of the KPIs in the defined work area based on the defined priorities
