**We are now looking for a Technical Presales Engineer MV & LV Switchgears + Busbar Systems colleague to join its international team of experts in Madrid, Spain.

**What will you be doing?**
- Technical support:

- Review and qualify RFQs and identify customer requirements/specifications
- Standard product selection based on customer requirements
- Coordinates with factory engineering departments for specific technical requests
- Support Sales Organization to deliver technical portfolio presentation to customer, remotely or in presence.
- Configure solutions in Configure-One (C1) where standard products do not fit
- Interface with E&I Switchgear LoB and E&I Busbars LoB to define solutions and quotation
- Define feasibility and costs of solutions/products
- Integration, coordination and support the internal pre-sales and/or external suppliers
- Prepare relevant technical documents
- Internal support for project management team and sales
- Presentation/explanation of solution to sales organization
- Interact with Engineering and Manufacturing once customer order is received
- Interface with other Tech Sales Engineer of other LoBs to deliver a one-stop solution
- Define ETO solutions in cooperation with product experts
- Define feasibility and costs of ETO Solutions in cooperation with product experts
- Support the preparation of relevant technical documents
- Internal support for project management team and sales
- Presentation/explanation of solution to sales organization
- Interact with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and QM once customer order is received
- Manage the relationship between Sales teams and the Line of Business
- Provide technical trainings to sales teams and tech support to the market
- Work with Product Management and Sales teams to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products
- Constantly monitor the market for trends and competitor activities
- Support local quality management audits (e.g. ISO9001/14001)
- Support that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of the International Trade Compliance Regulation is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company ITC certification program itself
- Supporting the Organization of customer acceptance test in coordination with QM Certifications & Compliance: Consider existing Standards to fulfill compliance requirements.

**What will make you successful?**
- A Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or similar related field.
- Previous working experience in AC Power products and installation, especially for Datacenter or equivalent.
- Solid experience matured in adjacent markets and in similar positions.
- Language skills: Spanish mother tongue, fluent English written and verbal required. Fluent French written and verbal will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Customer/Sales orientation.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Data center or industry market dealing with MV & LV Switchgears and/or Busbars Systems. Practical experiences with MV & LV Switchgears and/or Busbars Systems.
