En **OCA Global** estamos buscando un/a **Administrativa/o** **para nuestras oficinas de OCA Tarragona (La Canonja), con el objetivo de dar servicio.

Dependiendo del Responsable del área de Tarragona tus **funciones **a desempeñar serían:
- Recepción y Atención telefónica.
- Apertura de órdenes de trabajo en el sistema.
- Preparación de ofertas comerciales para los clientes.
- Facturación de proyectos una vez ejecutados.
- Gestiones administrativas propias de la oficina.
Los** requisitos **mínimos para la posición:
- Conocimientos de Office. Importante y valorable estar habituado/a a trabajar con sistemas informáticos, paquete office (word, excel)
- Experiência de al menos 1 año en un rol Administrativo/a.
- Disponibilidad de coche y carnet de conducir, muy valorable. Hay transporte público para llegar a las oficinas.
- Idiomas: Catalán y Castellano nativo o bilingüe.
