**Job Purpose**

**Duties / Responsibilities (% time)**
- Coordinate all Planting, Scouting, Rogging, pollination and harvest activities for the hybrid and trait introgression production. Create production plan in response to the plants needs based on scouting, plant health and considering the impact on other activities (pollination, harvest, irrigation, etc). Keep information of the processes updated frequently. Constantly improve the processes and generate appropriate reports. 50%
- Plan and Manage field workers using the available and recent production information. Connect with operation field team to have updated information and have an adequate planning. 10%
- Manage all Trait introgression field activities for field phenotyping and data collection. 20%
- Ensure CAMS, Regulatory and safety procedures are followed in all processes. 10%
- Be the key contact with registration official keep file, track request, and Tax payment. 10%

**Problem Solving**
- Supervise and support planting operation for Sunflower hybrid cages, support agronomical task for crop establishment.
- Supervise, coordinate, plan and execute Scouting activities to ensure high quality results, low pest pressure, that will translate on good delivery of Hybrid seed for trial and Registrations Authorities.
- Identify, report, and resolve any deviation high pest pressure, productivities issues, purity issues. Proactively work with the E2E lead to resolve the issues in a collaborative manner, with other team involve (Breeding, ATI, Centralized operation).
- Maintain constant traceability of samples with appropriate procedures to ensure consistent purity and integrity in our products for our end users.
- Constant monitoring of production results to perform target control and measure target accomplishment.
- Take actions to ensure production data is updated daily in the appropriate software/files.
- Ensure that working conditions are in accordance with production requirements. Efficiently coordinate requirements with other programs (Sourcing, operations)

- Manage resources, accordingly, optimizing labor force without affecting production and staying on budget
- Plan supply requirements
- Organize labors to ensure efficiency and provide correct information for reporting purposes.

**Qualifications**:** Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience**
- MS University degree, University degree or highly technical experience on Agriculture, Horticulture or related activity.
- Minimum of 2 years in research experience - preferably sunflower or crop production.
- Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to work well with a wide range of people and different levels of workload.
- Require excellent organizational and innovative thinking skills with high attention to details. Fluency in written and spoken English is desired. Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
