We are currently seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Content Marketing and Student Care Officer. This role is pivotal in enhancing our international outreach and ensuring that our diverse student body receives exceptional support and engagement.
In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for managing international promotional materials, developing engaging content for our social media channels, and representing UCAM at various institutional events. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our international students, helping them to thrive both academically and socially. **Job responsabilities**
- Oversee the creation and management of international promotional materials to enhance the university's global presence.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms to connect with prospective and current students.
- Represent the institution at various events and functions, fostering relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Create and maintain content for the university's website, ensuring it is informative and appealing to a diverse audience.
- Organize and manage events tailored for international students, promoting cultural exchange and community engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish at a C1 level.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences or Marketing.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant educational background: Bachelor's degree.
