**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Responsible for producing photo/video content for different marketing mediums/platforms. - Post production and editing of all photography and videography for the different Pacha Group’s brands. - Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors and events, for the different Pacha Group’s brands. - Help to develop and ensure the appropriate overall style, tone, and quality of Pacha Group photographic and video content. - To curate a strong gallery of aspirational images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and press. - Ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time to the highest quality. - Work collaboratively with other team members, to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.

**Requisitos**:
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- +3 years of experience in production and editing promotional content for the different marketing channels, especially Paid social media. - You have a compelling portfolio of distinctive visual work. - Mastery of photo & video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere) and basic experience using After Effects. - Experience in basic color correction and sound editing. - Good feeling and knowledge of music, rhythm, genres in audio context while editing. - Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content. - Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). - Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Must display excellent technical and photographic skills. - Highly Creative, Multi-talented, and has knowledge in storytelling. - Bonus: Experience in nightlife and hospitality industries.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues. - You are methodical and well-organized when it comes to naming conventions and folder structures. - Highly productive, self-motivated, organized, and proactive. - Must have commitment to deadlines and be open to flexible working hours. - Must have good communication and people skills
