We are seeking for a Facilities Manager in our offices in Palma. The role will be respnsible for planning and coordinating all the offices requirements.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate all installations (Air con, electricity, water supply, etc.) and refurbishments
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervise a team of 3 handymen and external contractors
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security, access control to our offices, etc.
- Coordinate with the Head of the department to organize the office layout
- Order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs or renovations
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers under the supervision of the Head of the department
- Provide general support to visitors
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Support HR and Marketing on company events and activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Spanish)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Experience in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
