**EMEA Customer Marketing Trainee duties**:

- Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region:

- Agencies: request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modifications
- Affiliates: check needs and inform about new materials available
- GRP: create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry date
- Promotional Material Teams: DS/BTS/Service MKT
- Update with available approved localized materials.
- Look for and upload High resolution files for printing options for the affiliates.
- Control of expiry dates
- Preparation of new Sharefolder
- Grifols Experience Days
- Participate in coordinating the event with the country/corporate/G.Viajes
- Help in Logisitic details.
- Definition of the process in the system.
- Launches and Congresses:

- Participate in the localization and approval of the approved global versions.
- Invoice management through SAP system.
- Support in Compliance requests.
- Others: support in the development of Customer testimonials, training decks, presentations,...
