Sales Executive So/ Sotogrande

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive Sales Executive to be part of our luxury lifestyle resort in Southern Spain - Sotogrande, San Roque (Cádiz).
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
Your responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality personalized services during their stay
- Assist as required/requested to resolve any guest comments and be able to handle them in the most efficient manner
- Have knowledge of the facilities and services, events offered by the hotel and the surrounding area and actively promote them
- Maximize Rooms, F&B, and MICE sales
- Achieve new business targets and collaborate to the agreed portfolio of accounts to retain and develop business
- Assist and collaborate on internal marketing activities, familiarization trips, client hospitality events, presentations, shows and promotional activities
- Prepare accurate and prompt cost estimates and respond to clients with budgets
- Produce necessary reports on completed sales activity, including details of face-to-face customer appointments, presentations, familiarization trips and any other customer related interactions
- Update and maintain all sales information in the systems used
- Conduct sales campaigns as required
- Compile sales packs and ensure there is an adequate supply of relevant stationery, brochures and giveaways
- Research and identify new business opportunities through leads referred by the booking/conference teams and trade listing publications
- Assist in office administration by ensuring that all accounts have the necessary documentation, contracts, contact forms and updated account development plans on file
- Conduct sales trips to all business areas as specified
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Sales & Marketing or the Associate Director
**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:
- University degree in Hospitality, Administration or similar
- At least 1 year experience in the same or similar position
- Experience in the hotel sector
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Have a clear customer and sales focus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
