Freelance Recruiter

IntRec is an innovative global employee recruitment assessment service provider with operations currently in Poland, the United Kingdom, and Spain. We help companies hire smarter and better using **AI Recruitment solutions.**

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as **Freelance Recruiters on a full-time or part-time basis**, with excellent promotion and earning potential based on commission. You have the option of working from home or from our offices.

We are looking for ambitious people who are interested in recruiting.

Prior recruitment experience is preferred in the Sales, SSC, and BPO sectors, but other recruitment experiences are acceptable.

Role and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment.
- Source jobs offers from companies and hiring managers.

**Required Skills**:

- Manage hiring managers' expectations.
- Capable of communicating effectively at all levels.
- Capable of working successfully in both a team and independently.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to collect requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.

Required Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Sale, BPO or SSC recruitment experience preferred.
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
