**Working in our Finance Team**

Our Finance Team keeps Open Cosmos financially strong as we scale. From day-to-day bookkeeping and payments to reporting, compliance, and strategic insights, the team ensures we stay efficient, accurate, and ready to deliver on our mission. It’s a hands-on, detail-focused group that keeps the business running smoothly while supporting ambitious growth.

We’re now looking for a **Junior Finance Assistant** to join our team and help keep the Spanish business running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team that underpins everything we do — ensuring our systems, payments, and records are accurate.

**What will you be doing?**

This is a hands-on, developmental role where curiosity, precision, and enthusiasm will take you far.

You will:

- Help process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with weekly payment runs and reconciliations across multiple accounts and currencies.
- Maintain documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the wider Finance team and other departments to resolve queries and support smooth operations.
- Learn about financial processes, tools, and systems — and help identify small ways to make them better.

- Good IT skills, especially with spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Clear, confident communication and a proactive approach to learning.

This role is based in Spain.
