**Our opportunity**
In this position within
**Group HR’s Global Technology** team, you will be responsible to actively manage the broad scope of HR data across our heterogenous global system landscape.
**Your role**
**As a HR Data Governance Lead your main responsibilities will involve**:
- Oversight of all HR data governance related activities and representation of Group HR towards relevant internal and external stakeholder
- Act as main interface for Group HR in support of data management related project & operational tasks (e.g., cloud approvals, local regulatory requirements etc.)
- Maintain relevant data governance documentation on behalf of Group HR (e.g., data processing maps, data inventories, data flow analyses, data policy manuals etc.)
- Define & upkeep data processing standards & enforcement via global data community management
- Evaluate current data architecture and databases to determine needed upgrades and improvements
- Own data quality agenda for Group HR by defining relevant KPIs and implement controls and improvement procedures
- Proactively support Group HR’s data steward and processor community to ensure all data structures are in strict compliance with industry standards as well as all local regulations
- Create end-to-end model and plans for data ingestion, consumption, and analysis
**Your Skills and Experience**
**As a HR Data Governance Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or IT
- 5+ years data management experience, preferably within HR
- Ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM data models
- Data visualization knowledge (e.g., PowerBI, TIBCO Spotfire)
- Database management (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)
- Highly independent working style
- English language skills at mother-tongue level (C1-C2)
