At ROADIS, we are looking for a new teammate who will be part of the Legal Department. **Key responsabilities**: - Draft, review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with the guidelines provided by RLD in coordination with the SBU and HQ departments. - Follow up on the execution of contracts and manage any discrepancies and conflicts that arise. - Identify and mitigate legal risks in each jurisdiction where the company operates, protecting against potential legal liabilities. - Draft reports and draw conclusions on specific legal questions that require detailed analysis. - Coordinate, support, and supervise SBU and HQ legal matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures. - Manage and resolve legal matters submitted by the ROADIS Board of Directors, SBU heads, and HQ departments. - Assistance to the Secretary of the Board of Directors regarding corporate governance matters. - Organization and legal operation of the company bodies. - Design and execution of company reorganizations at corporate level. - Provide advice, negotiation, and execution of investment operations for the business, as well as banking and financing operations. - Oversee and monitor legal proceedings at court or arbitration. - Select, manage, and evaluate external lawyers hired to provide advisory services to ROADIS, ensuring cost control and efficiency. **About you**: - Bachelor’s degree in law. - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm. - Advanced English - Strong understanding of corporate, companies and commercial law. - Experience in corporate and M&A transactions. - Proficiency in handling regulatory and compliance matters. - Ability to provide strategic legal counsel to senior management. - Experience in emerging markets is an advantage.
